How to use

• To achieve a maximum benefit, apply 2 to 6 drops to a diffusor, aroma stone, or steaming hot water. Diffuse for at least 30 minutes.
• Add 3 drops to 10ml sweet almond or apricot kernel oil for an invigorating massage
• Add 5 drops to a hot bath after a tiresome day or in foggy weather to get an energy kick
Storage
Keep the well-closed bottle in a cool, dry place away from odors. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Use within 6 months after opening the bottle.
