How to use
1. Stress and Anxiety
Inhalation blend:
Add to steaming hot water
• 2 drops of Bergamot essential oil
• 3 drops of Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) essential oil
• 2 drops of Lavender essential oil
Inhale for 5 – 10 minutes.
2. Sleep
Diffuser:
• 2 drops of Bergamot essential oil
• 3 drops of Frankincense essential oil
• 2 drops of Valerian essential oil
Add these oils add to a diffuser and diffuse for up to 30 minutes at a time.
3. Cystitis
Cystitis causes pain in the abdomen, pain, and urgency with urination and foul-smelling urine.
Calming massage and compress
4 drops Bergamot oil
4 drops Roman Chamomile oil
2 drops Juniper Berry oil
1 TBSP sweet almond oil
Blend all of the drops together and massage on the abdomen, and then apply a compress soaked in warm water then wrung out, repeat as needed.
4. Skin
Nighttime Acne Blend:
3 drops Bergamot oil
1 drop Lemon oil
3 drops Tea Tree oil
1 TBSP Sweet Almond oil
Blend all of the drops together and massage it gently onto your skin.
Precautions:
• Allergy test: Use one drop of essential oil and rub it on your inner forearm. Then wait 15 minutes. If there is redness, skin irritation, or any allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.
• After a topical application of Bergamot essential oil avoids contact with direct sunlight for 24 hours after application.
• Pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant or breastfeeding women need to avoid topical application of Bergamot oil.
