How to use
To relieve insomnia, nervous tension, restlessness
Add to the diffuser
• 3 drops of Mandarin red essential oil
• 3 drops of Neroli essential oil
• 1 drop of Lemongrass essential oil
Diffuse for up to 30 minutes at a time.
To improve indigestion, bloating, flatulence or stomach cramps
Prepare a massage blend with
• 5 drops Mandarin red essential oil
• 5 drops Wild mentha essential oil
• 4 drops Fennel essential oil
• 30ml Jojoba oil
Mix the oils together in a small, dark, air-tight bottle and massage the blend into your abdomen in a clockwise motion following the natural movement of the colon. To enhance the effect, then apply a compress soaked in warm water and wrung out.
To clear and balance acneic, congested and oily skin
Make a second skin emulsion,
• 15ml Geranium-Zdravets floral water
• 15ml Argan oil
• 3 drops of Mandarin red essential oil
• 1 drop of Neroli essential oil
Shake well and spray onto the cleansed face for a healing treatment during the night.
Precautions:
• Allergy test: Use one drop of the essential oil and rub it on your inner forearm. Wait for 15 minutes. If there is redness, skin irritation or any allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.
