Mix all of the oils together and apply to the forehead, temples and on the back of the neck

Precautions
- Allergy test: Use one drop of the essential oil and rub it on your inner forearm. Wait for 15 minutes. If there is redness, skin irritation or any allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.
- Direct application of undiluted Wild mentha essential oil to the skin can cause irritation.
- Children/Infants: Not suitable
- Pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant or breastfeeding women need to avoid Wild mentha oil entirely.
- Do not use Wild mentha essential oil with any prescription medication!
