How to use

• Spray on a cotton pad to cleanse or spray to tone and hydrate the face for all skin types
• Spray directly onto the eyes to treat redness, dryness or inflammation
• Take internally, diluted to taste, as hormone balancer, particularly for menopausal women or PMS cramps
• Drink 2 spoonfuls in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning to improve metabolism and detoxify the body
• Use as a fragrant and hypoallergenic body, clothes, or room perfume
• Blend to roughly equal proportion with Lavender and Roman chamomile water to address most general concerns, from stress and insomnia to sunburns and wound care
• Use for relaxation and rejuvenation in a postpartum sitz healing bath
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place. For a cooling mist, store in the fridge. Use within 8 months after opening the bottle.
