How to use
To alleviate headache
• 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil
• 2 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil
• 4 drops of Lavender essential oil
• 1 TBSP sweet almond oil
Mix all of the oils together and apply to the forehead, temples and on the back of the neck
To stop nausea and vomiting
Inhale Peppermint essential oil directly from the bottle or from a tissue with 2 drops.
To aid in treating digestive problems and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Prepare a massage relief blend with
• 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil
• 5 drops of Lavender essential oil
• 2 drops of Rosemary essential oil
• 1 TBSP hazelnut oil
MIx all oils together and massage the blend gently on the abdomen in a clockwise motion following the natural movement of the colon.
To relieve irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Add 1-2 drops of Peppermint essential oil to warm water and drink it 15-30 minutes before breakfast
To fight fatigue
• 3 drops of Bergamot essential oil
• 3 drops of Lemon essential oil
• 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil
Add all oils to a diffuser and diffuse for up to 30 minutes at a time.
Precautions
• Allergy test: Use one drop of the essential oil and rub it on your inner forearm. Wait for 15 minutes. If there is redness, skin irritation or any allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.
• Direct application of Peppermint essential oil to the skin can cause irritation.
• Children/Infants: Not suitable
• Pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant or breastfeeding women need to avoid topical application of Peppermint oil.
• Do not use Peppermint essential oil with any prescription medication!
