How to use

• To achieve a maximum benefit, apply 2 to 6 drops to a diffuser, aroma stone, or steaming hot water. Diffuse for at least 20 minutes.
• Add 3 drops to 10ml sweet almond or apricot kernel oil for a calming massage applied to the lobes of your ears, the temples, and the back of your neck, the wrists, and the bottom of your feet.
• Add 5 drops to a hot bath to come down and find your inner peace
Storage
Keep the well-closed bottle in a cool, dry place away from odors. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Use within 6 months after opening the bottle.
