How to use
To clean the air in closed rooms and protect from winter infections
Add to the diffuser
• 3 drops of Sweet orange essential oil
• 2 drops of Clove essential oil
• 2 drops of Cinnamon essential oil
Diffuse for up to 30 minutes at a time.
To heighten depressive moods
Add to steaming hot water
• 2 drops of Sweet orange essential oil
• 3 drops of Bergamot essential oil
• 2 drops of Rosa damascena essential oil
Inhale for 5 – 10 minutes.
To relieve constipation, dyspepsia, and spasms
Apply a calming massage and compress with
• 4 drops of Sweet orange oil
• 4 drops of Roman Chamomile oil
• 2 drops of Lemon oil
• 1 TBSP Argan oil
Mix all the oils together and massage the blend on the abdomen, and then apply a compress soaked in warm water and wrung out, repeat as needed.
To improve dull and oily complexion
Make a second skin emulsion,
• 15ml Juniper floral water,
• 15ml Argan oil and
• 3 drops of Sweet orange essential oil,
Shake well and spray onto the face for a balancing, revitalizing treatment.
Precautions:
• Allergy test: Use one drop of the essential oil and rub it on your inner forearm. Wait for 15 minutes. If there is redness, skin irritation, or any allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately
