How to use
To relieve muscular pain and improve circulation
Prepare a massage blend with
• 5 drops Lemongrass essential oil
• 2 drops Immortelle essential oil
• 1 drop Neroli essential oil
• 2 TBSP Jojoba oil
Mix all of the drops together and massage the blend into the affected area.
To alleviate headaches and relieve fatigue
Add to steaming hot water (250 ml)
• 2 drops of Lemongrass essential oil
• 3 drops of Lavender essential oil
• 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil
Inhale for 5 – 10 minutes.
Precautions:
Allergy test: Use one drop of the essential oil and rub it on your inner forearm. Wait for 15 minutes. If there is redness, skin irritation or any allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.
