How to use
- For joint pain and back pain, warm up some black seed oil in your palms and massage into the affected area.
- To ease asthma and respiratory problems, mix together 1 teaspoon honey with half a teaspoon of black seed oil in a cup of warm water and drink daily
- To treat irritated, inflamed skin mix 3 tsp Black seed oil, 40 ml Jojoba oil, and 10-15 drops Frankincense essential oil. Blend together and apply twice daily
- For hair loss prevention, massage lime juice into your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse out then apply black seed oil and massage into the scalp
Storage
Keep the well-closed bottle in a cool, dry place away from odours. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Use within 6 months after opening the bottle.
